This sitting-out area is a terrace along the edge of a curved slope at the west end of Tai Loong Street, facing the retaining wall of Salesian Yip Hon Millennium Primary School. The site is surrounded by short planting beds and scattered with five drainage-included pavilions. A pair of Bauhinia variegata lies at the entrance near Tai Loong Street through a slightly long and narrow path and into the centre. The design of the central area is simple. It does not have tree beds or recreational facilities, but it has an open space of 9 metres by 15 metres, as the front square of the adjacent kindergarten. Users can decide for themselves the activities conducted and the importance of the space. It is also convenient for children and parents to gather and stay. It is a sitting area of relaxation for the elderly and nearby residents.
