This rest garden is located west of Li Cheng Uk swimming pool. It was formerly a parking lot until its conversion into a rest garden in 1980. The venue is very open, with many elderly people and joggers exercising nearby from afternoon to evening. However, vegetation wilted under the stimulation of volatiles from disinfectants and cleaners from the nearby swimming pool. Near the swimming pool, 10 isosceles right-triangle tree beds for Ficus microcarpa and benches placed at 45 degrees are arranged orderly for a unique aesthetic. In addition, viaduct piers of Lung Yuet Road are located on the retaining slopes on the north side of the sitting-out area. Lung Yuet Road was built in the 1990 under the Lung Cheung Road and Ching Cheung Road Improvement Project. Huge viaduct piers support three arching bridges soaring across the sky over the rest garden.
