The rest garden is located at the northern end of the slope of Fu Uk Road at the foot of the mound of Da Chuen Ping Tsuen, facing the archway of Chung Kwai Chung Tsuen, Fu Uk Garden and Ching Hing Industrial Building from north to south. The rest garden connects old and new spaces, serving as a buffer between industrial and residential areas and a transition between the natural environment and the village. Given the difference in topography, the garden is divided into two levels of flat spaces, separated by a sloped flower bed. A long and narrow staircase runs through the flower bed to connect the two levels. On the upper level are elderly fitness equipment and pavilions with Chinese-style carvings, and on the lower level are playground facilities and benches for recreational needs of local residents.
